Do you ever feel down or lonely and think you're not good enough? Are you frequently affected by anxiety? You don't have to solve these problems on your own, and you're not alone. Finding the source of the problem and getting to know the real you are the main focuses of my approach to treating depression and anxiety. We can discover solutions together so you can enjoy life to the fullest.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I was a graphic designer in a corporation setting for 17 years, in communications and publishing. Working with individuals and helping them find direction has always been my passion. I'm thrilled to now be pursuing the next chapter in my career as a therapist!

My Why
My husband and I have spent nearly 20 years working in the church and we devote a lot of time to helping charities and serving our community. As a working mom of three children and a ministry wife, I have a unique understanding of the challenges that women face in their careers and ministries. I bring this experience to the counseling session.
I am committed to using innovative counseling techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, along with art therapy, to help individuals deal issues such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Because of the unique challenges they face, I am drawn to work with military families, special needs families, and women in ministry.
I am an LPC-Candidate under supervision in the state of Oklahoma. I am accepting new clients, so reach out to schedule an appointment today!
