Must be located In the state of Oklahoma, virtual and in-person sessions are available. Soonercare, Medicaid and self-pay are accepted. Sliding scale rates are available based on income.

One time fee includes SYMBIS assessment (completed through personalized link) and 3-6 weeks of premarital counseling with a licensed professional counselor.
